How do I book a transfer with ETS?
Send your flight details, pickup points and guest names to [email protected] or call +264 81 122 9844. Our bookings team allocates the right vehicle and driver, confirms it back to you, then delivers the transfer on time.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. Airport transfers are timed around your flight, and our driver meets you at arrivals with a name board and helps with your luggage, even if your flight is delayed.
Which parts of Namibia do you cover?
We operate across Namibia, including Windhoek, Hosea Kutako International Airport, Eros Airport, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Etosha and Sossusvlei, plus town-to-town routes between any of Namibia's towns and cities.
Do you work with tour operators and travel agents?
Yes, that is our core business. You get one point of contact, consolidated invoicing, and our own employed drivers and maintained fleet, so staffing and vehicles are never your problem.
Are your drivers employed by ETS and your vehicles maintained in-house?
Yes. Every transfer is driven by our own professional drivers and chauffeurs, and servicing and upkeep are handled in our own workshop, so the vehicle that arrives is ready for the road.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially in peak season, but we regularly handle last-minute bookings. Call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I'm an individual traveler, not a tour operator. Can I book with ETS?
Yes. Individuals book directly with ETS. We are happy to organize a car for your travel needs anywhere across the country with a private driver. We also offer guide services for individuals: our guides are very knowledgeable about the country and can guide you through it. Guide rates are on request.
